Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of PromptOS ("PromptOS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
PromptOS is an AI prompt-engineering platform. It generates, scores, and optimizes prompts using a mix of free/open-source models, an offline engine, and (on paid plans) third-party paid AI providers. Output quality is not guaranteed and depends on your input and the underlying models.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details, keep your password and two-factor codes secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Plans, credits and billing
- Free plan: the offline engine and free/open-source models, subject to fair-use limits.
- Paid plans and credit packs: described on the Billing page. Prices are shown before purchase.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Regional methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) are credited after admin verification.
- Paid AI runs draw down your credit wallet based on actual provider usage plus our margin. You always have an unlimited free offline fallback.
- Credit and refund handling is set out in our Refund & Credit Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may flag, refuse, rate-limit, or remove content and may restrict or terminate accounts that violate it.
5. AI output disclaimer
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is not professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on or publishing it.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Consumed credits are non-refundable on termination (see the Refund Policy).
